Kitties And Dog Discarded By People
pubdate:2006-08-14 22:41
On August 12, 2006, an old man came to the shelter and said he would like to do some volunteer work. Ms. Bai invited him in. But soon, a staff of the shelter found a kitty he never saw before standing on the grassland, and was almost bited by a dog. It was found out that the kitty was discarded by the old man who did it on purpose. Luping was afraid that if she refused to accept the kitty, it might be discarded outside. So she accepted the poor kitty which has serious skin disease.
This kind of things usually happens. Many people came to the shelter in the name of volunteer or donation, but only for the purpose of discarding their animals. As the shelter has been facing great difficulties, Zhang Luping has to carefully screen those who want to come to her shelter.
We sincerely hope more and more people can come and adopt these lovely animals and give them a loving home.

Here is another kitty discarded in mid-August. It’s very weak and its life is in dire danger, but the poor kitty is very brave and has strong will to survive. Let’s pray the kitty can be on its feet again!

This little dog was also recently discarded by people. It is now suffering from serious skin diseases.
