The Story of A Dog Named Hushpuppies

The dog in the above pictures is a Basset Hound. Having done nothing wrong, he has had one of his ears cut by his owner brutally! On August 8, 2006, after screaming painfully & desperately for three days & nights, the dog was rescued by the volunteers of BHAEEC (Center) and sent to a vet hospital for surgery. The dog was named Hushpuppies by the Center, with a good will that the famous brand can bring the dog good luck. Hushpuppies is now living at the Center for recovery. He frequently shook his head as was not used to live with only one ear. It seemed that he wanted to know what happened to him.
